Ready to turn your passion for hair into a rewarding career?
The Salon Council Associate Program is a hands-on training experience designed for newly licensed and developing hairstylists who are ready to learn, grow, and build confidence behind the chair.
Over approximately three to six months, you’ll work alongside a dedicated mentor while developing your technical skills, guest experience, and business-building knowledge through our structured, performance-based training program.
We’re looking for passionate individuals who are eager to learn, open to coaching, and excited to grow. Your journey from Associate to Salon Council Hairstylist can start here.
