Is Hair D-Tox a Straightener?

Hair D-Tox is a smoothing treatment meant to make the hair easier to style, remove frizz and cut the styling time by 50%

How long will this treatment last?

Home maintenance is key. Using a sulfate free and Stylist recommended professional hair products, this can generate beautiful results for up to 90 days.

Can I have the Hair D-Tox directly after a color service?

Cuticle take 3 days to seal completely after a color service, keeping that in mind. Be advised that the color may fade a bit when doing D-Tox same day as color. Ideal wait time to the D-Tox after a color service would be 3 to 7 days.

Or we recommend to have Hair D-Tox treatment service done prior to any color services.

Why is my scalp tingling during the D-Tox service?

Slight tingle may occur on the scalp during this service. The alpha hydroxyl fruit acids used in our product actually exfoliate the scalp.

How soon can I wash my hair?

Once the Hair D-Tox has been washed, rinsed and styled, the hair will feel clean and free of product. We recommend to keep it dry for at least 3 days.

Could pregnant women receive the treatment?

Though Hair D-tox is a non-formaldehyde treatment, you should always consult your doctor.

How much curl release should I expect?

Results will vary depending on your hair texture and hair condition. Although this will release some of the curl pattern, this product is meant to reduce frizz, prolong your blow dry service by shielding humidity, speeding up your drying time by 50% and strengthening the hair from the inside out.
