Our Service Commitment

Our goal is to do what it takes to see your hair happiness! We are not able to offer refunds for any hair services; however our commitment is for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, we request for you to contact us within 3 days of your appointment. At that time a consultation will be scheduled with the original service provider and/or the salon manager to assess your concerns and determine if adjustment is necessary.  Salon Council will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside our salon. 

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no problem, we understand things happen.

We kindly ask you to give us 48-hour notice as we always work to accommodate our guests and to fill our service opportunities. As we have other guests, like yourself on our waiting list that miss the opportunity to receive their services when we are unable to fill the opening from short notice cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows.

This is why our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally our salon company requires an appointment deposit for certain services.

Non-Refundable Deposit for Selected Services

Scheduled appointments with Selected Services require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT which will be credited towards the scheduled appointments upon checkout. Scheduled appointments with deposit may be rescheduled up to one time only prior to 48 hours.

If the scheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time or is a “no-show” the deposit will be forfeited and will not be put toward any future service.

Attention: Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online or over the phone or stored on file, may be used to pay for your visit or charge applicable no-show fees.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  We recommend that your book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damage to personal articles.

  • Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.

  • Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

  • Our employees work as a team. If for any reason, you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.

  • We also ask that you wear a smock during your hair appointments for protection of your clothing.

  • No pets are allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

  • To help you not forget your appointment with us, please provide us your cell phone number, we automatically send you text message reminders 48 hours before the day of your appointment. 

Multiple Service Appointments / Group Packages

These require a credit card or gift card to hold your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show, no-call within 48 hours will result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the amount of the services scheduled.

Wedding packages require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total cost two weeks before the service date.

Service Expectations

Prices for services are listed and may vary depending on hair length and complexity. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the initial appointment.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Changes at the discretion of management.

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.  Tips for the head service provider can be added to credit card charges.  Unfortunately we are unable to process credit card tips for our salon support staff, cash is appreciated. Gift cards do not include gratuities.

Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, as well as Cash or Master Card / Visa Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.  We do not accept personal checks.

Product Usage

Salon products are provided during appointments. Please refrain from bringing outside products unless approved by salon management.

Child Policy

Children are welcome in the salon but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Salon Etiquette

Please respect other clients and salon staff by maintaining a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Retail

Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days of original purchase if they are unopened or otherwise approved by management.  We do not offer refunds for used products or apply credit towards services for returned merchandise. All Sales Final on Clearance, Kerastase, Moroccanoil, Tools, Appliances and Makeup items.

Gift Cards

Salon Council gift cards represent a pre-payment for goods and services available at the salon location. Gift cards must be presented at time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift card. Salon Council is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. All prices are subject to change. Use of card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions. Gift card sold in $25 or over.
