Salon Council was founded by Allan and Joel—two individuals with a shared passion for beauty, community, and excellence.

Allan began his hairstyling journey over 30 years ago in the Philippines. Known for his creativity and vision, he’s not just a stylist—he’s an artist who empowers every guest through transformative hair experiences. Allan leads our team with hands-on training and education, helping each stylist grow their skills and confidence.

Joel, born and raised in Pembroke Pines, brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of community to the salon. With a background in finance and business operations, Joel ensures every guest feels welcome and every detail runs smoothly. His leadership keeps our culture focused on care, connection, and exceptional service.
