On January 26, 2026, our Salon Council team gathered at the Weston location for a powerful Education Day led by Justin Gold—and it set the tone for the year ahead.

The day was centered on team building, collaboration, and alignment. Through engaging activities and meaningful conversations, our stylists and leaders explored how trust, communication, and shared purpose elevate not only the way we work together, but also the experience we deliver to every guest. Laughter, reflection, and teamwork filled the room as we strengthened the bonds that make our culture unique.

More than a class, it was a reset—an intentional moment to reconnect, refocus, and recommit to excellence as one team. As we step into 2026, we do so energized, united, and ready to grow together.
